# 4-4 인정 릴레이

### 1. 인정 릴레이란?

인정 릴레이는 회사에서의 **공개 칭찬 릴레이 운영**을 위한 기능이에요.\
지목된 주자가 다른 구성원을 지목하면 다음 주에 참여할 수 있도록 **주 단위 인정 릴레이를 아기고래가 운영**합니다.

릴레이 인정도 칭찬고래 인정과 동일하게 집계되고, 지목된 구성원의 카드와 함께 채널에 공유돼요.\
릴레이 인정에서는 일반 인정과 다르게, 키워드(핵심가치/일하는 방식 등)와 함께 다음 주자를 지목해요.

### 2. 릴레이 참여하기

릴레이 주자로 지목된 구성원에게 아기고래가 매주 월요일에 릴레이 진행 채널과 DM으로 알려드려요.\
이 때 아기고래가 전달드리는 `릴레이 인정 보내기` 버튼을 통해 릴레이 인정을 보낼 수 있어요.
